Common problems in the production of PVC transparent hoses

First, the surface is matte
1 die temperature is too low. The inner wall of the 2 die is not dry. 3 net compressed air supply is insufficient or leaking. 1 Increase the temperature appropriately. 2 Clean up the die. 3 Increase the air supply or check for air leaks and repair.
Second, the wall thickness is uneven
1 core mold and die positioning is not correct. 2 plasticization is uneven. 3 traction is not normal. 4 Compressed air is unstable. 5 The head temperature is unstable.
1 The center position of the mandrel and the die should be adjusted. 2 Check the traction device. 3 should be a stable air supply system. 4 Strengthen the control of the plasticizing system. 5 Check that the head heating device is in good condition and stabilize the temperature around the head.
Third, the surface of black lines
1 The raw material additive is unevenly dispersed. 2 Raw material fluidity is too poor. 3 The head position and filter temperature are too high. 4 The head filter and the shunt plate are not well structured. 5 The filter is not cleaned up.
1 Improve mixing, strengthen mixing to improve dispersion performance. 2 improve the raw material formula. 3 Properly lower the temperature. 4 Check the filter and the split version. 5 Clean the filter.
Fourth, surface wrinkles and ripples
1 die temperature is too high or uneven heating. 2 The cooling setting device has insufficient water supply, the water temperature is high, and the traction speed is too slow. 4 die discharge is uneven.
